Cambodian Beef Marinate Recipe

Cambodian Beef Marinate Recipe is a family recipe that popular in Asian recipe. This marinade for beef and coated in a savory sauce is a classic Asian dish.

Ingredients

4lbs (1800 gram) of London broil or any good meat cut to about 1 inch thick
1/3 to 1/2 cup Yoshida sauce
4 tablespoon of oyster sauce
4 tablespoon of seasoning soy sauce
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions to make Stir Fry Broccoli Beef and Rice

  1. In a mortar pestle smash garlic and ginger till soft, spoon into a big bowl for marinate.
  2. Marinate the meat with the rest of the ingredient over night
  3. Take the marinate meat out and dry it under the sun or food dryer till it is dry
  4. Grill meat till it is crispy and turn brown a bit. If you sliced the meat thin enough you
  5. Can microwave it for a minute or so

Serve with lime garlic fish sauce chili dip
