Khmer ginger fish sauce is delicious for dipping meat, fish or vegetables. It is one of the best Asian recipes in South East Asia. Cambodian people like  to prefer cooking this kind of food for serving their family and friends.


Cup hot water ¼
Cup sugar ¼
Cup fresh lime juice, approx 2 lime ¼
Cup fish sauce ¼
Cup fresh grated ginger root 1/3
Cloves fresh garlic, minced 2
Chopped hot chili pepper or to your taste(option) 3

Directions to make Ginger Fish Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix hot water with sugar till sugar dissolved.
  2. Add lime juice, fish sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper, mix well.
