Ingredients

Cup water 1
Cup sugar 2
Teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1

Directions to make Khmer Sugar Syrup

  1. Put all ingredients in a small pot, stirs and simmering till sugar dissolved and sauce reduced. Remove syrup from stove and set a side till it completely cool off.
  2. Sugar syrup can store in refrigerator for a week.
