Mustard Green Soup with Roasted Meat

Khmer usually cooks this soup with left over roasted meat or bones. It is delicious way to make the most out of the pricey, left over roasted meat. You can make mustard green soup with just roasted pork, duck or chicken, or combination of all the roasted meats like I did. This is one of the most easy Khmer recipes.

1 lb (450 gram) of mustard green , cut 2 inches in length
2 tablespoons of fish sauce

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 stalks green onion, chopped

Directions to make Mustard Green Soup with Roasted Meat

  2. Add mustar green, stirs and cook till water bubbling again.
  3. Seasoning with fish sauce, sugar and black pepper.
  4. Top with green onion.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
