Spices Beef Rub and Avocado Salsa

This Spices Beef Rub and Avocado Salsa is perfect for grilled or dry beef and will add delicious taste to any cut of meat. Any extra rub can be stored in to a clean jar or zipper bag at room temperature for later use. You can make this barbecue dry rub recipe days or weeks in advance.

Ingredients

1 ½ lb (1350 gram) of flank steak
1/ 2 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoon of cumin
2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of red pepper flake, or ½ teaspoon of Thai hot red crush pepper.
1 tablespoon of ground coriander
1 tablespoon of Chili powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Avocado Salsa

1 Avocado sliced
1/4 cup of onion chops
1 tomato
1 clove of garlic
1/4 cup of chop cilantro
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoon of lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt to taste.

Directions to make Spices Beef Rub and Avocado Salsa

  1. Mix all the spices together in a bowl and rub it on the steak, let it sit for 1 hour
  2. Grill your steak on medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side or till it is done
  3. Make sure don’t burn the steak
  4. When it is done take it out and let it rest for 10 minutes cover with foil so your meat will be warm.
