Thai BBQ Pork Recipe

Thai BBQ Pork Recipe is easy to make and all you need sliced pork shoulder and marinate with a few ingredients, and put it on a stick, grilled, and brushed with coconut cream.


4 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 ½ lbs (675 gram) of pork loin cut to bite size
3 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon of chopped mints
3 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of Thai crushes pepper flake or black pepper
Bamboo Skewers soak in water to prevent burning while grilling

Directions to make Thai BBQ Pork Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl mix well and add to cubed pork
  2. Marinate at least 4 hours
  3. Thread the meat in the skewers
  4. Grill meat to medium rare

Serve Thai BBQ pork with coconut Roasted corn or Thai vegetable salad
