Thai Lemongrass BBQ Chicken Recipe
This Thai Lemongrass BBQ Chicken Recipe is tasted so good and super simple to make, all you need a few ingredients into your food processor, marinate, and grill. The key is in marinated process, the longer the chicken marinates the better.
|1 lb (900 gram) of chicken breast, tender, thigh.|
|2 tablespoon of mix lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves|
|1 tablespoon of fish sauce|
|1 tablespoon of soy sauce|
|1 tablespoon of oyster sauce|
|1 tablespoon of sugar or less up to you|
|1 tablespoon of chopped minced garlic|
|1 tablespoon of lime juice (optional)|
|1 teaspoon of crush chili (optional)|
|8 cup of mix carrot, cucumber, cabbage, daikon, or any hard vegetable you like.|
|1 jalapeño pepper.(optional if you like hot)|
|1/4 cup of slice ginger|
|2 tablespoon of chopped garlic|
|1/8 cup of sugar about 2 tablespoon|
|1/4 cup of vinegar about 4 tablespoon|
|3 tablespoon of fish sauce.|
|1 teaspoon of salt|
|Mix everything together for few hours or overnight.|

- Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients for 4 hours.
- Grill the chicken untill the meat is done.
Serve warm with Thai vegetable pickle and rice.
