Yuchoy soup with chicken is one of the most easy and delicious Khmer recipes. It is one of the best Asian recipes in South East Asia. Cambodian people like  to prefer cooking this kind of food for serving their family and friends.

Ingredients

Cups water 4
Chicken leg or 1 piece chicken breast, cut to bite sizes 0.5 kg
Yuchoy , cut 2 inches length 1 kg
Tablespoons fish sauce 2
Tablespoon sugar 1
Teaspoon salt ¼
Teaspoon black pepper ¼
Stalks green onion, chopped 2

Directions to make Yuchoy with Chicken Soup

  1. Put water in a soup pot , cook till water bubbling.
  2. Put chicken meat with boiling water, cook till meat tender.
  3. Add yuchoy, stirs.
  4. Seasoning with fish sauce, sugar, salt and black pepper.
  5. Top with green onion.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
